ESN will be one of the most advanced Emergency Services Networks globally. BT is the official supplier providing mission-critical and trusted communications for Britain’s Emergency Services. The ESN will replace the existing Airwave network, building upon EE’s current 4G network to provide essential voice, data, and critical communication services to 300,000 frontline emergency service members. The ESN Implementation and PMO team within BT manages PMO and programme governance, product launch, coverage planning, reporting, assurance, and business change management. You will support activities including project planning, reporting, risk and issue management, budget oversight, and documentation to ensure successful project delivery across BT Group. The successful candidate must be cleared to BPSS (or equivalent) minimum, with potential requirement for National Security Vetting (e.g., CTC, SC, or NPPV). What you’ll be doing Support project and programme scoping with PMO leaders and stakeholders, ensuring technical proficiency. Assist in delivering project objectives, KPIs, financial tracking, and reporting. Contribute to the development and refinement of project and programme standards and processes. Analyze and evaluate programme risks, producing reports for management and stakeholders. Provide guidance on improving project and programme management processes.
