What you’ll be doing

- Leading end-to-end product development — from discovery to delivery — using research, data and customer insight to inform decisions.
- Own and managing the squad backlog, ensuring work is prioritised based on value, feasibility, and customer need.
- Driving continuous alignment across teams and stakeholders, managing dependencies and surfacing risks early.
- Leading a multi-disciplinary squad, creating a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on delivery, quality, and improvement.
- Ensuring your squad meets the Definition of Done for all outputs — holding the line on quality while delivering at pace.
- Acting as a role model for agile delivery, customer obsession, and servant leadership — empowering others while remaining accountable for outcomes.

- Strong ability to define product vision and roadmaps, ensuring your squad is focused on the right problems and delivering work that aligns to wider business goals.
- Confidence in using data, insight and user research to inform decision-making, validate assumptions, and prioritise work that delivers measurable outcomes.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence across teams and create alignment between business, technology and customer priorities.
- Team leadership in a multi-disciplinary environment, building a collaborative, inclusive culture that supports ownership, pace and high performance.
- A proactive and curious mindset, open to learning, experimentation, and improving how things are done — even in the face of ambiguity or change.
