Partnerships Manager – Software (BT Digital) (Snowhill, Birmingham, United Kingdom)

Hybrid 3 days a week together out of our London, Birmingham or Manchester offices (flexible 2 days remote wherever).

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Partnerships Manager to strengthen relationships with key software partners—creating collaborative, long-term agreements that accelerate our digital transformation and deliver real value for our customers and colleagues.As our Specialist Software Partnerships Manager , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving innovation through strategic partnerships. You’ll lead a team to deliver on partnership goals, shape go-to-market strategies, and position BT Group as a trusted and influential partner on the global stage.You’ll work closely with partners to identify opportunities that enhance digital experiences, ensuring BT remains at the forefront of innovation. You’ll manage supplier relationships, oversee contract compliance, and drive performance and efficiency. By working across teams, you’ll build and nurture partnerships that align with our business goals and deliver meaningful impact for the people we serve.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead strategic partnerships by managing a portfolio of software suppliers, ensuring performance, compliance, and alignment with our business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities that enhance customer outcomes, deliver savings, and support our digital transformation.
  • Drive partner engagement by holding suppliers accountable, resolving issues, and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure services meet contractual commitments and performance standards, while enabling continuous improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to analyse and report performance, inform decision-making, and optimise partnership outcomes.
  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle including variations, pricing, and change management to ensure services remain fit-for-purpose and cost-effective.
