In this role, you will provide specialist technical support for complex network security and cyber security deployments across our UK secure contracts. Success in this role relies on building strong working relationships, earning trust through effective communication, and delivering on expectations and deadlines.
As part of this role, you will also support the development of new products and services, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends and meet evolving customer needs. Your ability to work proactively, manage priorities effectively, and apply initiative will help BT remain a trusted leader in secure communication.
- Provide leadership on Agile / ITIL processes and be a decision maker within the security team.
- Produce and support policies, functions and configuration builds to allow implementation of customer projects.
- Complete and own integration testing on new products and services, producing all relevant supporting documentation.
- Experience in agile, lean, evidence-based and human-centred design frameworks.
- Motivated team player and able to work collaboratively building features that impact customers.
- Experience in network automation - prototyping and testing potential solutions and understanding how to run lean and iterate continuously.
- Experience of troubleshooting complex enterprise networks and associated technologies.
