What you’ll be doing

  • Generate Business Insights: Support the creation of actionable insights from large, complex datasets and communicate findings to stakeholders with CX and across Business.
  • Data Extraction & Analysis: Assist in extracting, cleaning, and interpreting data to inform recommendations and decision-making.
  • Develop Visualisations: Create clear, impactful dashboards and visualisations to make advanced analytics accessible to a broad audience.
  • Apply Advanced Techniques: Utilise machine learning and AI algorithms for a range of areas including predictive modelling, clustering, Sentiment & Text analysis, Root Cause Analysis.
  • Deliver Data Science Projects: Contribute to multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Improve Processes: Support continuous improvement initiatives within the CX Data & Insight team to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and modelling.
  • Experience with SQL for querying large datasets (BigQuery).
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
  • Ability to create compelling data visualizations using tools like Qlik, Tableau, or similar.
  • Understanding of data governance, quality, and compliance principles.
  • Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
