What you'll be doing

  • Accountable: Works under general direction within a clear framework of accountability - has responsibility for delivering and implementing aspects of security solutions for GSS customers.
  • Accountable: Plans own work in-line with general direction to meet given objectives and processes.
  • Accountable: Responsible for resolving incidents and service requests in line with SLAs to enable continued system operation.
  • Accountable: To form part of an out-of-hours on-call rota when required.
  • Leadership: Identifies and communicates opportunities that assist with setting technical direction, with respect to best practice for domains of operation.
