Our events and hospitality programme needs to drive brand awareness, consideration and conversion across our target account lists – whether this is new acquisition or driving growth from our existing customer base.The person in this role will need to get under the skin of the outcomes the UK sales teams need from marketing and support on the delivery of a strategic plan. Whilst defining the KPI’s and measuring these to ensure we can track success.You will have a clear grasp on our marketing goals and objectives and execute memorable customer experiences that excite and delight## **What you’ll be doing*** Support the Events and Hospitality Manager by being an interface into the private, public, wholesale and SMB teams.* Work across the wider marketing team to ensure our event and hospitality programmes drive our strategic objectives – working with agencies where necessary.* Ensure governance and compliance are correct for all hospitality and events.* Create clear measurement and demonstrable ROI and not be afraid to stop or pause where this isn’t achievable.* Execute world class events and hospitality experiences for our customers that drive a tangible commercial outcome.* Support on the delivery of flagship events such as the Customer Advisory Board and supporting communications wrap.* Collaborate with multiple areas of the marketing team to execute experiences that map into our strategic vertical, segment and campaign plans.* Manage the budget for the elements of the plan you will execute.* Provide results and ROI on customer activity.* Bring some brilliant creativity to what we do to enable BT to stand out in a crowded Telco marketplace.## **The skills and experience you will have under your belt*** Previous experience in planning and executing events and hospitality* Demonstrated success in delivering impactful marketing campaigns* Proven ability to create engaging and memorable experiences that delight customers and drive advocacy.* Ability to work with multiple senior stakeholders across different teams to deliver activity on time and within budget* Strong collaboration across various teams to deliver targeted activity* Highly organised and be interested in achieving a high quality of project management delivery.* Experience in evaluating program effectiveness and demonstrating return on investment (ROI).* Skilled in managing multiple senior stakeholders across departments to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.* Sound understanding of business drivers and the ability to align activities with commercial goals.## **Benefits*** Annual on target bonus 10% (based on both personal and company performance)* BT Pension scheme; minimum 5% employee contribution, BT contribution 10%* 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays with the option to buy up to one week\’s work of your contracted hours.
