Overview
Are you ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, results-driven sales environment? As a Desk Sales Executive within the Mid-Market team, you\’ll work closely with the Desk Sales Manager, building lasting customer relationships and uncovering key cross-sell and upsell opportunities that drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Achieve Revenue Targets: Take ownership of your revenue goals, either independently or as part of a collaborative virtual sales team, managing a customer base within the private or public sector.
- Outbound Sales & Prospecting: Proactively engage in outbound sales activities, consistently reaching out to customers to promote and sell BT products and services, generating new opportunities.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with field sales, specialists, and other departments to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities for core BT product lines.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Accurately forecast key business metrics and KPIs, keeping management teams informed of progress and performance.
- Churn Management: Identify and proactively address potential churn risks for BT\’s core products, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Drive New Business: Identify and convert new business opportunities, expanding BT\’s customer base and delivering tailored solutions.
- Multi-Channel Growth Strategy: Leverage a multi-channel approach to recognize and seize opportunities for business expansion across various platforms and touchpoints.
- Close Contracts & Collaborate: Own and close contracts, while engaging with specialists or cross-functional teams (such as Field Account Management or Contract Management) to meet customer requirements effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary desk-based point of contact for customers and partners, building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional service to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
