What you’ll be doing
- Framework Strategy & Commercial Management: Own and manage our commercial frameworks, ensuring they are commercially viable, strategically aligned, and operationally effective.
- Contractual Governance & Obligations: Ensure frameworks are structured and maintained to meet BT’s contractual obligations, including service levels, pricing mechanisms, and performance commitments.
- Key Controls & Risk Management: Embed BT’s Key Controls framework across all framework-related processes, ensuring consistent application and maturity across the business unit.
- Contract Renewal & Transition Planning: Develop and manage renewal strategies for major frameworks, ensuring continuity of service, commercial competitiveness, and compliance.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Act as the single point of contact for customers on all framework-related matters, ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and proactive engagement.

This role offers a 3 together, 2 wherever working model. This means you are required to be at your contractual location 3 days a week with 2 flexible days per week.
