This is a key role in the design and delivery of BT Solutions to customers from Small Medium Enterprises to Global organisations. An exciting opportunity to be part of a Global, dynamic team that is at the heart of technology and pivotal to delivering customer outcomes for BT.
You’ll lead a team of Technical Designers, turning business requirements into end-to-end solutions that deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Reporting to a Senior Manager within Customer Solutions & Design, you’ll work closely with leadership to inspire, guide, and ensure right-first-time delivery.
With a strong background in technology design and delivery, you’ll engage confidently with customers and stakeholders, representing BT’s capabilities at every level. Your focus on continuous learning and simplification will help modernise our business and make sure everything simply works.
What you’ll be doing
- WNB/C2M/Complex Transition & Transformation or Complex Change.
- High number of emergent products with complex solution and customers.
- Accountable for end to end technical solution and delivery of solution DCMs to time, cost and quality.
- Lead the end to end design for customer deliveries.
- Deliver designs that adheres to Design and Delivery gold standards and governance process.
- Lead a team to deliver outcome-based work packages.
- Accountable for fulfilling resource requests through resourcing plans.
- Accountable for managing risks associated with their team.
- Accountable for team growth through career progression framework.
- Manage attrition, Performance Management, Career Development, Well Being and Your Say.
- Be a product or service SME and to train a design squad in all relevant aspects of that product.
