About This Role
In this technical internship you’ll be part of a wider team that shapes how IT solutions are transformed to meet business challenges, ensuring we provide a world‑class design and delivery experience to customers globally.
What you’ll be doing

- Set up an IT helpdesk with a Cloud voice product
- Propose a network solution to meet a customer need
- Process, procedures, design gold‑standards
- Customer engagement & requirements capture
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Work with experienced Network & Voice designers
- Collaborate with wider members of the Unit on customer solutions and designs

- Target grade 2‑2 in a STEM degree (e.g., Computer Science, Cyber Security, Computer Networking).
