Creating and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline is essential for revenue protection and growth within BT Business. This is one of the key roles responsible for ensuring the operational stability and efficiency of the sales platform which underpins that sales pipeline.
What you’ll be doing:
- Evolving and owning operational processes across the BT Business Sales IT estate to support sales motions for multiple channels to market. Processes to include but not limited to incident management, problem management & change management.
- Acting as a lead technical consultant when dealing with operational incidents impacting BT Business Sales teams including collaborating with other platforms such as One Data and One Business.
- Leading and mentoring a team of FTE software professionals (and apprentices) to support the BT Business Sale IT estate.
- Be the technical leader across one or more squads comprised of FTE and partner resources.
- Acting as a lead operational Salesforce technical consultant facing into other functions such as business operations.
