What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a large, multidisciplinary Work and Reward Services organisation across the UK and India, setting a clear direction and creating a culture of high performance, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Overseeing the operational delivery of annual pay review, bonus and benefits cycles, ensuring they are delivered accurately, efficiently and to demanding timescales.

- Overseeing the delivery of complex sales bonus and commission schemes, ensuring colleagues are paid accurately and on time.
- Leading organisation management services, maintaining accurate organisational structures, people data and SAP hierarchies.
- Providing oversight of TUPE, job-mapping, redundancy and consultation activity, ensuring legal compliance and a positive colleague experience.
- Supporting the continued development and stabilisation of teams based in India, ensuring they have the capability to deliver upcoming pay review and benefits cycles successfully.
- Acting as a senior escalation point for complex or sensitive reward and employment matters.
- Partnering with the Work and Reward Centre of Excellence and senior stakeholders to translate reward strategy into effective operational delivery.
- Driving service transformation, process improvement and digital enablement across Work and Reward Services.
