About the role
You will manage the contractual risk, obligations & P&L for a specific area of our specialist business unit. You will ensure we meet the promises we make to our customers, that the contract remains sustainable for us as a business but also valuable to the customer over the long‑term. This will include contract growth, negotiation and renewal. You will be the point of contact for all contractual and commercial topics within your parameter. The role can be based in London, Manchester, Cheltenham or Ipswich. Hybrid (3 days office based & 2 days remote). Mon‑Fri 37.5 hours. DV Security Clearance is required. Must have lived in the UK for 10+ years to obtain clearance.
What you’ll be doing
- Deal with customers face to face on all contractual matters.
- Lead a cross‑functional team ensuring all aspects of a contract are addressed and managed.
- Ensure successful delivery of contract commitments within cost targets, contract profit and revenue growth.
- Accountable for delivering against contractual service level agreements.
- Be responsible for the risk and obligation management of the contract and ensure compliance to business governance.
- Be accountable for growth on existing contracts through change control, whilst able to identify new sales opportunities to pursue with the relevant teams.
