Responsibilities
- Assist the English and Maths teachers in planning and delivering engaging and challenging lessons to Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 students.
- Work with small groups of students to provide additional support and guidance in their English and Maths studies.
- Help to monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/carers.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the academic and personal development of all students.
- Contribute to departmental meetings and collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve the English and Maths curricula.
- Support the English and Maths teachers in the preparation and marking of assessments and exams.
Requirements
