BSW Timber Solutions Ltd are part of the very successful BSW Group, one of the largest manufacturing businesses in the UK. BSW Timber Solutions is a leading timber manufacturer and distributor to the DIY and Builders\' Merchant markets. We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our high-performing Stoke operation as a Senior Team Leader. This is a pivotal role where you’ll help drive daily performance, support your team’s development, and contribute to continuous improvement across the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Leading an efficient operation that consistently meets Key Performance Indicators
  • Supporting and motivating team members to achieve their objectives
  • Coaching and developing colleagues, including assisting with training
  • Driving compliance and identifying opportunities to improve processes
  • Will work independently and collaboratively, using your initiative to make confident decisions that keep things moving forward

Qualifications

  • We are looking for someone with previous team leading and/or management experience who wants to develop and progress within the business
  • Exceptional people leader with experience of running an operational shift within a busy warehouse environment
  • Functional knowledge of SAP is advantageous and good skills on Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook will be essential
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, “can-do” attitude
