Business Intelligence Analyst Based Carlisle 40 hours / Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 5pm Reporting to our BI & Systems Development Manager, you will act as an integral member of our IT team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. Your role will focus on delivering Business Intelligence solutions that meet our ongoing business needs, whilst ensuring they are fully aligned with current IT strategies, offering key analysis on both business and systems requirements, as well as providing technical guidance and support to our users. Specifically, responsibilities of a Business Intelligence Analyst include: Developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining existing reporting solutions. Troubleshooting system issues and undertaking problem resolution tasks. Maintaining existing levels of integration between in-house systems.
