BSW Timber Ltd. in Wrexham is seeking a Growing Supervisor for the Container Production unit to lead day-to-day crop production, ensure quality and timely deliveries, and drive improvements in efficiency.

You will mentor the growing team, manage crop health, IPM, fertiliser programmes and maintain records while complying with ISO standards and health and safety policies.

Qualified candidates will have proven horticultural experience, leadership skills, and a full UK driving licence.
