A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Team Leader to join our team at our York manufacturing site. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will lead and manage the site administration team, ensuring all administrative processes are carried out efficiently and in line with company procedures. You will work closely with colleagues across production, logistics, and supervisory teams, providing vital administrative support that contributes to the smooth running of the site and the wider business.
Working alongside the Site Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a range of key spreadsheets, including employee hours, manufacturing output, and quality data, which support the site's KPI reporting. Strong Excel skills are therefore essential. You will also collaborate with other departments as a valued member of the Site Strategic Leadership Team, helping to drive continuous improvement across the business. Knowledge of 5S principles would be beneficial, supporting an organised, efficient, and effective office environment.
