- Based in Dalbeattie
- 42 hours per week
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern

In support of our continued and exciting growth, we are recruiting for Operators within the Treatment Plant at our Site in Dalbeattie.
As an Operator, you will contribute towards the creation of quality timber products – on time and to specification.
- Specifically, some responsibilities of a Treatment Plant Operator will include:
- Manual handling of timber.
- Working towards set production targets.
- Upholding the appropriate Health & Safety practices.
- Operation of high-pressure treatment tanks.
- Operation of FLT mobile plant to load and unload timber.
About you
We are seeking motivated individuals who are quality focused and understand the value of the goods they are producing.
A degree of flexibility will be required to ensure operations are maximized, maintained and quality targets are met with minimum wastage.
In addition, you will have
- Appreciation of quality and Health & Safety.
- Good computer, numeracy, and literacy skills.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience using FLT mobile plant vehicles would be advantageous although full training would be given to the right candidate.
The successful candidate must hold a full driving licence.
