About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive and solutions-focused Operations
Administrator to join our busy Operations Team.
This varied role provides administrative and operational support across warehouse, stock, customer service and logistics.
Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll help ensure the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will be someone who uses their initiative, thinks on their feet and takes ownership of problems.
You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly and will have the confidence to investigate issues and find practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Warehouse and Operations Team.
- Act as a key contact for internal teams, customers and suppliers.
- Investigate and resolve stock, delivery and operational issues.
- Liaise with Production, PI and Customer Service teams on stock and customer queries.
- Process PODs, delivery notes, returns and other operational documentation accurately.
- Maintain accurate records, data and reports.
- Support stock movements, transport bookings and route planning.
- Identify issues and contribute to improving operational processes.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys solving problems.
- SAP experience – essential.
- Intermediate Excel skills – essential.
- Previous experience in operational, warehouse or customer service administration.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to use initiative and take ownership.
