We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a key member of our Business Support Team supporting our forestry business in England.
The Regional Business Support Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of efficient, high-quality administrative and operational support services across the teams.
The role ensures that business processes run smoothly, resources are effectively managed, and staff are supported to deliver organisational priorities.
Duties include supporting the safety and assurance function, database management, maintenance of records, document preparation and control, and generally being part of the glue that holds the team together.
About You
We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated, driven, enthusiastic, reliable and adaptable. In addition, you’ll have:
- Previous administrative experience including database/records management.
- Excellent organisational, planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proactive approach and ability to work without close supervision.
- Strong and demonstrable IT skills.
- Ability to build effective and lasting working relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
