We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a key member of our Business Support Team supporting our forestry business in Inverness.
Reporting to the Regional Business Support Manager and working as an integral part of our Business Support team, you will be responsible for providing an effective business support service to the wider forestry team.
Duties include supporting the safety and assurance function, database management, maintenance of records, document preparation and control, and generally being part of the glue that holds the team together.
About You
We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated, driven, enthusiastic, reliable and adaptable. In addition, you’ll have:
- Previous administrative experience including database/records management.
- Excellent organisational, planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proactive approach and ability to work without close supervision.
- Strong and demonstrable IT skills.
- Ability to build effective and lasting working relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
