About the Role
We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our busy Recovery team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
You will play a key role in processing customer orders, responding to enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting colleagues across the business. If you are a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders received via telephone and email.
- Responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
- Assisting with credit control investigations.
- Raising purchase orders.
- Supporting managers with general administration and office duties.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous administration experience in a busy office environment.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is organised, accurate and has strong attention to detail.
- Has credit control experience.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office (Navision experience is an advantage).
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and is keen to learn.
