  • Provide regular reporting on regional performance, identifying opportunities, challenges and recommendations for continued growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to solve customer challenges and continuously improve collection performance.
  • Key Deliverables
  • Increased pallet collections and regional growth.

  • Successful delivery of sales campaigns.
  • Effective lead management and CRM accuracy.
  • Contribution to business and collection targets.

About You

You'll be customer-focused, proactive and enjoy building relationships. Field sales experience is helpful but not essential—we'll provide training and support.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Good organisation and territory management skills.
  • A proactive, commercially aware approach.
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.

Experience within construction, builders' merchants or manufacturing is beneficial but not essential.
