We are looking for a versatile Multi-Skilled Engineer to support both electrical and mechanical maintenance across site. You'll play a key role in maintaining plant reliability through planned preventative maintenance (PPM), responding to breakdowns, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance safely
  • Respond to breakdowns and diagnose faults quickly
  • Work across PLCs, motors, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics and conveyors
  • Complete PPM tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Support installation and commissioning of equipment
  • Drive reliability improvements and reduce downtime

Qualifications

  • Time-served Electrical or Mechanical Apprentice (multi-skilled preferred)
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Strong fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read schematics and engineering drawings
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and safety-focused
  • 18th Edition (desirable)
