We have an exciting opportunity for a CAD/Revit Technician to join our experienced MEP engineering team.

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality building services designs across a wide variety of projects.

Working alongside engineers and designers, you will support the development of coordinated CAD drawings and Revit MEP models for both new build and refurbishment schemes across sectors including defence, education, residential, healthcare, and more.

The Role As a CAD/Revit Technician, you will: Produce and develop 2D CAD drawings and 3D Revit MEP models, including layouts, sections, details, and schedules.

Work closely with engineers and design teams to deliver coordinated design solutions.

Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and external consultants to ensure designs are fully coordinated.

Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and technical presentation.

Check your own work and support quality assurance processes.

Deliver work to agreed timescales, project programmes, and quality standards.

Support and mentor junior team members or apprentices where required.

About You You will ideally have: Previous experience as a CAD/Revit Technician within an MEP, building services, or engineering environment.

Proficiency in Auto CAD and Revit MEP.
