We are looking for an experienced and motivated Revit Technician to join our growing MEP team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong individual with a passion for Building Information Modelling (BIM), detailed design and delivering high-quality MEP projects.
Working closely with engineers, designers and project teams, you will be responsible for producing accurate and coordinated Revit models and drawings across a range of building services projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and develop detailed MEP models and drawings using Autodesk Revit .
- Work closely with MEP engineers and designers to develop coordinated design solutions.
- Create and maintain accurate 3D models in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
- Produce detailed drawings, layouts, sections and schedules from Revit models.
- Carry out model coordination and identify potential clashes or design issues.
- Work collaboratively with other disciplines, including architectural and structural teams.
- Ensure drawings and models meet company, project and industry standards.
