We are seeking an experienced Revit MEP Contractor to support ongoing building services projects on a long-term basis. The role involves producing high-quality coordinated models and drawings for mechanical, electrical, and public health systems across a range of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain detailed MEP models using Autodesk Revit
- Produce coordinated 3D models for: HVAC systems, Electrical systems, Plumbing / public health systems
- Generate 2D drawings, layouts, and schematics from models
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues (e.g., using Navisworks)
- Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and execution plans
- Participate in design coordination meetings (remote or in-person)
- Update models based on design changes and site feedback
- Prepare documentation for construction and handover
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP
- Solid understanding of building services systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
- Experience working within BIM Level 2 (or higher) environments
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with clash detection tools (e.g., Navisworks)
- Good understanding of UK building regulations and standards
