The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of electrical installation packages across multiple commercial fit-out projects. The role involves managing electrical subcontractors, suppliers and trade packages to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with Maris Interiors and Maris Contracts Project Managers, Site Managers and the wider project delivery team, the Electrical Project Manager will coordinate all aspects of electrical works from pre-construction through to project completion, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, company procedures and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of electrical works packages across multiple projects.
- Coordinate electrical subcontractors, suppliers and specialist contractors to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Review electrical designs, assess buildability and provide practical, cost-effective installation solutions.
- Monitor progress on site, ensuring work is completed safely, to programme and in accordance with quality standards.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, housekeeping and site safety.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Health and Safety legislation, Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
