We are seeking a motivated Graduate BIM/Revit Technician to join our Building Services (MEP) team. You will support the design and delivery of mechanical, electrical and public health engineering projects by producing coordinated BIM models and technical drawings using Autodesk Revit.

Working alongside engineers and senior BIM specialists, you will develop your knowledge of BIM standards, MEP systems, and digital construction processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain detailed Revit MEP models.
  • Produce 2D drawings and 3D coordinated models.
  • Assist with clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.
  • Support the development of BIM documentation and workflows.
  • Produce drawings from RIBA Stage 2 through Stage 4.
  • Collaborate with architects, structural engineers and MEP designers.
  • Ensure models comply with BIM standards and project requirements.
  • Participate in project coordination meetings.
  • Maintain accurate project records and model revisions.
Essential Requirements
  • Degree or HND in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Technology, Construction, BIM, or a related discipline.
  • Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
  • Understanding of BIM principles.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills
  • Revit MEP experience through university projects or placements.
  • Navisworks knowledge.
  • AutoCAD experience.
  • Understanding of ISO 19650.
  • Aware of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, public health).
