Our client is a leading building services contractor, delivering innovative, decarbonisation-led MEP solutions across the UK and Europe. They are seeking an experienced professional to support a growing portfolio of projects, delivering innovative prefabricated mechanical and electrical solutions, including energy centres and large-scale district heating schemes. Continued investment in digital construction and offsite manufacturing has created a requirement to strengthen the BIM function.
The Role
Reporting into the BIM leadership team, the successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating MEP BIM models from design through to fabrication, installation, and handover. You will work closely with design engineers, project managers, supply chain partners, and site teams to ensure models are fully coordinated, buildable, and aligned with prefabrication and sustainability objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage fully coordinated MEP BIM models using Revit and Navisworks, integrating architectural and structural models.
- Deliver fabrication-ready (LOD 500) models, construction drawing packs, and detailed spool drawings to support offsite manufacturing.
- Lead model coordination meetings and clash resolution workshops with consultants, subcontractors, and others.
