We are seeking an experienced Revit MEP Contractor to support ongoing building services projects on a long-term basis. The role involves producing high-quality coordinated models and drawings for mechanical, electrical, and public health systems across a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed MEP models using Autodesk Revit
  • Produce coordinated 3D models for: HVAC systems, Electrical systems, Plumbing / public health systems
  • Generate 2D drawings, layouts, and schematics from models
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines
  • Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues (e.g., using Navisworks)
  • Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and execution plans
  • Participate in design coordination meetings (remote or in-person)
  • Update models based on design changes and site feedback
  • Prepare documentation for construction and handover

  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP
  • Solid understanding of building services systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
