We are seeking an experienced MEP Revit Coordinator to join our team, supporting the delivery of high-quality building services projects through the technical design and construction phases.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in RIBA Stage 5 coordination, be highly proficient in Revit, and have a thorough understanding of MEP systems and multidisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate MEP services throughout the technical design and construction stages of projects, with a primary focus on RIBA Stage 5 delivery.
  • Develop, manage and coordinate detailed MEP Revit models to a high standard.
  • Identify, review and resolve design clashes using Revit and Navisworks.
  • Work closely with architects, structural engineers, contractors and specialist subcontractors to ensure coordinated design information.
  • Produce coordinated construction drawings and support the delivery of technical information on site.
  • Attend design team, coordination and site meetings as required.
  • Respond to RFIs and technical queries during the construction phase.
  • Ensure models and documentation comply with project BIM standards and company procedures.
  • Support the implementation of BIM processes and best practice across projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an MEP coordination role within the building services industry.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering projects through RIBA Stage 5.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
  • Experience using Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
  • Good understanding of BIM workflows and common data environments.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and public health building services.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple project deadlines
