Key Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Coordinate MEP systems with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and model validation using Navisworks Manage.
- Resolve clashes through coordination meetings and technical discussions.
- Produce coordinated drawings and model-based deliverables.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project BEP, client requirements, and company BIM standards.
- Create and manage Revit families where required.
- Maintain model quality, naming conventions, shared coordinates, and worksets.
- Support BIM Managers in implementing project BIM workflows.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and issue tracking.
- Generate schedules, quantities, and documentation from BIM models.
- Assist with project documentation and model submissions.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum
4 years of BIM modelling and coordination experience on building projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction coordination.
