About the Role

As an MEP Revit Technician, you'll play a key role in the development and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) designs across a diverse range of projects. Working alongside engineers, designers, and project teams, you'll produce accurate BIM models and technical drawings that help bring complex projects to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain high-quality MEP Revit models and drawings.
  • Develop coordinated BIM models through all project stages.
  • Collaborate with engineers and multidisciplinary design teams.
  • Participate in clash detection and model coordination reviews.
  • Ensure drawings and models comply with project standards and BIM protocols.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and design deliverables.

Essential

  • 3 years' experience in an MEP Revit Technician or BIM Technician role.
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
  • Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and public health building services.
  • Experience producing detailed construction and coordination drawings.
  • Knowledge of BIM standards and collaborative working practices.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
