We are seeking an experienced MEP Revit Coordinator to join our team, supporting the delivery of high-quality building services projects through the technical design and construction phases. The successful candidate will have strong experience in RIBA Stage 5 coordination, be highly proficient in Revit, and have a thorough understanding of MEP systems and multidisciplinary coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate MEP services throughout the technical design and construction stages of projects, with a primary focus on RIBA Stage 5 delivery.
- Develop, manage and coordinate detailed MEP Revit models to a high standard.
- Identify, review and resolve design clashes using Revit and Navisworks.
- Work closely with architects, structural engineers, contractors and specialist subcontractors to ensure coordinated design information.
- Produce coordinated construction drawings and support the delivery of technical information on site.
- Attend design team, coordination and site meetings as required.
- Respond to RFIs and technical queries during the construction phase.
- Ensure models and documentation comply with project BIM standards and company procedures.
- Support the implementation of BIM processes and best practice across projects.

- Demonstrable experience delivering projects through RIBA Stage 5.
