Overview
My client is a well-established, multidisciplinary building services consultancy with a strong UK presence and a growing workload across the built environment. They are seeking senior-level Building Services professionals at Senior, Principal, and Associate level, offering the opportunity to take a leading role in technical delivery, client engagement, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Building Services projects across a range of sectors
- Act as a technical lead within Mechanical and Electrical disciplines
- Manage client relationships and contribute to long-term account development
- Oversee project quality, programme, and commercial performance
- Support, mentor, and develop junior engineers
- Contribute to business development, bids, and strategic growth initiatives
Requirements
- Significant experience in a Building Services consultancy environment
- Strong technical background in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience delivering projects at Senior / Principal / Associate level
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
- Leadership capability or clear potential to progress into a leadership role
- Chartered or working towards chartership (desirable)
