We are seeking an experienced and proactive
MEP Revit Technician to join our Building Services team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the development, coordination, and delivery of BIM models and technical drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) systems across a diverse portfolio of projects.
Produce detailed 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health installations using Autodesk Revit.
Develop and maintain coordinated MEP models through all project stages, from concept design to construction and handover.
Assist engineers with the preparation of technical drawings, schematics, layouts, schedules, and design documentation.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and undertake clash detection exercises using Navisworks and other BIM software.
Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Employer's Information Requirements (EIRs), and company standards.
Coordinate effectively with architectural, structural, and other design disciplines to resolve design clashes and improve project delivery.
Maintain BIM libraries, templates, families, and standards.
Support the production of construction, tender, and as-built information.
Ensure all project information is issued accurately and in accordance with project deadlines.
Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes and digital delivery methodologies.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience working as a Revit Technician within an MEP or Building Services environment.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP.
Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and public health building services systems.
Experience producing coordinated BIM models and construction drawings.
Familiarity with BIM Level 2 processes and industry standards.
Strong understanding of drawing production, model management, and document control procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
