We are looking for a Revit Technician to join our Building Services (MEP) team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality Revit models and technical drawings across a range of exciting projects from concept through to completion. Working closely with engineers and design teams, you will help drive coordinated, accurate and efficient BIM delivery while supporting best practice across the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and coordinate detailed Revit MEP models and technical drawings
  • Develop mechanical, electrical and public health service layouts
  • Collaborate with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated designs
  • Identify and resolve clashes using BIM coordination tools
  • Maintain BIM standards, templates and workflows
  • Review and quality check models and drawings
  • Support and mentor junior team members
  • Contribute to project meetings and design coordination reviews

About You

  • Strong experience using Revit within a Building Services / MEP environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Revit MEP and AutoCAD
  • Understanding of building services systems and construction coordination
  • Experience working within BIM-led project environments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to project delivery
  • Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
