We are seeking an experienced Senior Revit Technician to deliver high-quality BIM models and technical documentation across medium to large-scale projects. The role involves close coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure models comply with project requirements, BIM standards, and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and manage detailed Revit models and construction documentation
- Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
- Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company standards
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar tools
- Manage Revit templates, families, shared parameters, and model setup
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve technical issues
- Support BIM audits, model health checks, and project handover deliverables (as-builts/COBie where required)
Skills & Experience
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes
- Experience with Navisworks Manage or equivalent coordination tools
- Good knowledge of construction methods and building regulations
- Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills
- Minimum 5 years Revit/BIM experience, including senior or lead technician responsibilities
