We are seeking a motivated Graduate BIM/Revit Technician to join our Building Services (MEP) team. You will support the design and delivery of mechanical, electrical and public health engineering projects by producing coordinated BIM models and technical drawings using Autodesk Revit. Working alongside engineers and senior BIM specialists, you will develop your knowledge of BIM standards, MEP systems, and digital construction processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed Revit MEP models.
- Produce 2D drawings and 3D coordinated models.
- Assist with clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.
- Support the development of BIM documentation and workflows.
- Produce drawings from RIBA Stage 2 through Stage 4.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers and MEP designers.
- Ensure models comply with BIM standards and project requirements.
- Participate in project coordination meetings.
- Maintain accurate project records and model revisions.
Essential Requirements
- Degree or HND in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Technology, Construction, BIM, or a related discipline.
