We are a forward-thinking building services consultancy delivering complex, high-profile projects across multiple sectors. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled BIM Technician with strong MEP experience to join our London team. This is an opportunity to work on large, technically challenging projects within a collaborative and digitally driven environment. You will play a key role in model production, coordination, and BIM delivery contributing directly to project success.
Key Responsibilities- Produce accurate, high-quality 2D CAD drawings
- Develop and coordinate detailed 3D BIM models for MEP services using Revit
- Carry out clash detection and resolution using Navisworks
- Support engineers with Revit modelling and services coordination
- Set up drawings and external references (x-refs) for engineering teams
- Apply company BIM standards, best practices, and workflows
- Assist with or lead BIM coordination meetings as required
- Minimum 3 years experience using Revit MEP (contractor or consultancy environment)
- Strong background in producing coordinated building services drawings
- Proficient in Revit, CAD, and Navisworks
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines independently and within a team
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Understanding of UK BIM standards such as PAS1192, ISO19650, or BSRIA BG6
- Experience working with BEPs and Common Data Environments (CDEs)
- Knowledge of Uniclass 2015 classification
- Experience delivering COBie data drops
- Project management exposure
- Experience with Dynamo
- Degree-level education
