Were looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a growing MEP team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, coordinated building services projects.

The Role
As a BIM Coordinator, youll be responsible for coordinating MEP models and ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and to a high standard. Youll work closely with engineers, designers, contractors and project teams to identify issues, solve problems and keep projects moving.
What Were Looking For
- 3+ years experience working within MEP BIM coordination.
- Strong MEP modelling experience with a solid understanding of building services.
- Confident working with Revit and BIM coordination software.
- Experience coordinating mechanical and electrical services within complex projects.
- Strong understanding of clash detection and model coordination.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and design information.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset you wont wait for issues to find you.
What Youll Be Doing
- Producing and reviewing detailed MEP models.
- Identifying and resolving clashes before they become problems on site.
- Working with engineers, designers and other project stakeholders to resolve coordination issues.
- Supporting the delivery of projects from design through to construction.
- Maintaining model quality, accuracy and BIM standards.
- Helping drive efficient BIM processes across projects.
