As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive and commercially aware Business Development Executive to expand our customer network and drive new business opportunities.
About the Role
This role is ideal for a confident, motivated individual with a passion for sales and business growth, looking to advance their career in a fast-growing organisation. You'll be responsible for managing and expanding our existing customer base while identifying new business opportunities within the food and beverage industry.
What You'll Be Doing
On a typical day, you might:
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets for allocated accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and prospective customers.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Present and demonstrate BST products in a professional, knowledgeable manner.
- Record business opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities in the company CRM system.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a proactive and ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. You'll need:
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with both customers & colleagues.
- The ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
- A full, clean UK driving licence.
