National Key Account Co-ordinator
Are you a dynamic and driven individual looking to take the lead in putting the customer at the heart of everything we do?
A core part of our strategy is to put the customer at the forefront of our business. Our National Key Account Office processes all orders and quotes for our Key Accounts, managing the customer journey along the way.
The role can be hybrid, with some home working, remote working within a customer manufacturing plant, and out of our Smethwick/Birmingham branch.
What you’ll do
You will work with a team managing a selection of Key Accounts responsible for large projects within the UK. You will collaborate with Key Account Directors and Managers to ensure competitive quoting and successful project wins. Additionally, you will spend time working directly with one of our largest key accounts at their office to provide comprehensive service, understand their product usage, project involvement, and coordinate with the branch on deliveries and requirements.
