National Key Account Co-ordinator
Are you a dynamic and driven individual looking to take the lead in putting the customer at the heart of everything we do?
A core part of our strategy is to prioritize the customer, and our National Key Account Office handles all orders and quotes for our Key Accounts, managing the customer journey.
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining home working, remote work within a customer manufacturing plant, and work out of our Smethwick/Birmingham branch.
What you’ll do
You will collaborate with colleagues to manage a selection of Key Accounts responsible for large projects across the UK. You will work closely with Key Account Directors and Managers to ensure competitive quoting and successful project wins. Additionally, you will spend time at a major client’s office to provide comprehensive service, learn about their products and projects, and coordinate with the branch on deliveries and requirements.
