Are you a senior leader with the credibility to lead at scale and the drive to deliver commercial results through people? Do you combine strong operational discipline with a sharp focus on sales growth, customer engagement, and talent development? If so, this is a compelling opportunity to take ownership of a major region within BSS.

As Regional Director for Scotland and the North of England, you will have full accountability for the performance of a large, multi-site operation operating in challenging but opportunity-rich market conditions. The region benefits from strong operational foundations, with a clear opportunity to accelerate sales performance and deepen customer relationships.

You will lead 13 branches across the region, with direct line management of Branch Managers and a Sales Director. Overall responsibility spans approximately 190 direct and indirect colleagues and annual turnover in excess of £120m. Reporting to Josie Crowe, Managing Director, you will play a key role within the senior leadership team, shaping regional strategy and driving execution in line with wider business priorities.

  • Scotland: Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow
  • North England: Carlisle, Newcastle, Stockton, Manchester, Preston, Liverpool, Wirral, Leeds, Sheffield
