Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Branch Manager role located in Belfast. The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. The role includes managing stock, supervising team members, implementing sales strategies, ensuring health and safety compliance, and driving the branch's financial performance. You will be a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and team members, contributing to the branch's growth and success.

Qualifications
