This large RC Frame and Groundworks Company is looking for an adm/hr assistant to work along side the Labour Manager to help run the labour division.
Your role will include
- Ensure compliance with national and local labour laws, employment legislation, right to work and regulatory requirements.
- Carrying out compliance checks and approving new supply chain partners.
- Maintain accurate supply chain records, trackers and personnel files.
- Ensure required statutory records are maintained and readily available for inspections.
- Conduct regular labour compliance audits and workplace inspections.
- Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare compliance reports and management dashboards.
- Monitor key compliance metrics and trends.
- Report significant compliance risks and breaches to senior management.
- Stay updated on changes in employment law and labour regulations.
- Review and update policies and procedures to reflect legislative changes.
- Supporting labour manager on moving people site to site, providing site addresses to the workforce
